ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission, under which the indirect election of the petitioner to the post of Vice President of Ramanathapuram, Radhappuli Village Panchayat was cancelled. Since the tenure of the Vice President has already expired, nothing survives in the present writ petition.
