ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to furnish the legal heir certificate to the petitioner and her children, they being the legal heirs of the deceased Muthusamy, S/o. Ramasamy, who had passed away on 14.04.2011.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she is the legally wedded wife of the deceased Muthusamy and they had begotten children through their marriage. She also submits that there are children born through the first wife, who had left the husband Muthusamy.

3.Considering the fact that for grant of legal heir certificate has become online, the petitioner is directed to make an application through on-line to the 2/4

second respondent and on receipt of such application, the second respondent is directed to consider the same, conduct an enquiry and issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner and her children within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
