O R D E R

The petition has been filed, praying for a direction to the second respondent to conduct further fair investigation in C.C.No.42 of 2015 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District and to file final report afresh under the supervision of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court finds it appropriate that the prayer sought for herein can be reveal before the trial court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file proper application before the trial court to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
