ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take necessary action to file a final report in Crime No.106 of 2013 registered on 12.02.2013 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that on enquiry, the complaint has been closed as 'action dropped'.
