Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of declaration, declaring that the Part-II of the Seventh Schedule [sections 3, 4(1-A)(a) and (aa)] in Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Act, 2012 dated 09.04.2012 enacted by the State of Tamil Nadu, as illegal and unconstitutional and direct the respondents to extend the Lifetime Tax for the petitioner's Vehicle without demanding the entire Lifetime Tax amount based on the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Act, 2012.
