This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report and all the relevant proceedings pending in Cr.No.373 of 2013, as illegal which is pending on the file of the respondent/complainant.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.373 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 05.09.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
