ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to alter the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C in Crime No.10 of 2015 into under Section 302 I.P.C on the representation given by the petitioner dated 24.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The petitioner gave a representation on 24.06.2015 alleging that the death was caused by murdering the deceased. The case was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C.

4. Considering the same, the respondent No.2 is directed to look into the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2015 and take appropriate action whether the case could be altered or not. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
