O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue Patta in respect of the property in S.No.453/3, Odaikadai Bazaar, 2nd Ward, Ettaiyapuram Village and Taluk, Thoothukudi District, based on the judgment and decree in O.S.No.69 of 2016, dated 19.03.2019, by the 2nd Additional District Court, Thoothukudi based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2022.
2. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, he has made a representation to the respondent on 04.04.2022, seeking Patta in respect of the property in S.No.453/3 situated at Odaikadai Bazaar, 2nd Ward, Ettaiyapuram Village and Taluk, Thoothukudi District. Since the said representation has not not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2/5
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
