RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner / Accused No.1 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 3260 of 2018 order dated on 01.03.2018 to any other police station at Madurai Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BABU JAGANATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner/Accused No.1, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3260 of 2018, dated 01.03.2018.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while the petitioner is ready to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3260 of 2018, dated 01.03.2018, he was prevented and threatened by the relative of the de-facto complainant. Therefore, he prayed for modification of the condition.
3.If the petitioner is prevented by the relative of the defato complainant from complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3260 of 2018, dated 01.03.2018, it is for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
him to prefer a complaint to the respondent police and thereafter, the respondent police shall take the complaint on file and proceed with the same in accordance with law.
