When the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court, dated 20.07.2023 in W.A.(MD)No.1386 of 2013 has been complied with by the respondent vide proceedings dated 22.01.2025. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.11,40,475/- by way of cheque. 3.In view of the compliance made, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
