ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 394 of I.P.C., in Crime No.318 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, all the accused have taken Rs.6,500/- at knife point.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is nothing to do with the alleged occurrence and it is further submitted that just he was standing near the place.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that cash of Rs.6,500/-, cell phone and ATM card are not recovered from the accused and all the accused caused simple injury on the de-facto complainant and all the accused are absconding. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
