By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission state itself.

2.The present petition is filed to call for the records relating to the rejection order in Na.Ka.No.82/ka.thu.ka/trv/2020, dated 28.12.2020 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would contend that the writ petition itself has become infructuous. 4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the respondents, if so advised. No costs.
