ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.65/2015, dated 15/04/2015 on the file of the respondent No.1. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. Hence, the prayer sought for becomes infructuous.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
