Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17623 of 2018, dated 09.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police submitted that investigation in Crime No.171 of
2018 on the file of the respondent has been completed and after investigation, final report was filed and respondent Police laid the charge sheet before the Special Court, Madurai. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court, Madurai, for each and every date of hearing.
