RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence imposed upon him in SC.No.207 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, dated 11.12.2018 pending disposal of the main Crl.A. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ,Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:-
O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.] It is the case of the prosecution that when the accused was fighting with his father, the deceased, who is a neighbour, intervened and in the scuffle, he was pushed down, on account of which, he died.
2. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in incarceration from 11.12.2018 and the appeal is not likely to be taken up for hearing in the near future, this Court is of the considered view that this is a fit case to release the petitioner on bail.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition that he shall execute a bond for a sum of
Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood related surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, and on further conditions that:
a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar Card or Bank Pass Book to ensure their identity. [b] the petitioner shall appear before the trial court everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and, thereafter, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
[c] the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.
[d] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
