Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to petitioners claim of subsistence allowance as per section 17B of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and to direct the 1st respondent/writ petitioner to pay to the petitioner/1st respondent the last drawn wages of Rs.1640/per month or the statutory minimum wages fixed to the post of Over Head Operator, in ascending order from the date of the award i.e. from 31.10.2008 till the disposal of this writ petition and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.
