O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2024, seeking for cancellation of pattas fraudulently obtained by the respondents 3 and 4 in respect of land in S.Nos.101/3 and 93/2A, Valaiyankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.
2. The petitioner aggrieved by the fraudulent patta obtained by the respondents 3 and 4 in respect of S.Nos.101/3 and 93/2A, Valaiyankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, applied for survey and demarcation of boundary of his lands along with necessary fees and also obtained Court order for survey. The revenue officials mistakenly sub divided the lands in S.Nos.101/3 and 101/3A and registered it in the name of the petitioner's maternal uncle. The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent to quash the fraudulent patta issued to the third respondent and restore the original patta in the name of his Mother. As the first respondent did not take any steps, the petitioner filed the above writ petition for the aforesaid relief.
