This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent police to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2025 and initiate appropriate action thereon, within a stipulated time, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate order would be passed.

4. Recording the said submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2025 and pass appropriate Page No. 2 of 4

orders as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
