ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by compelling them to vacate from their residential house in door No.42A of Velampaty Village, Natham, Dindigul District, under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against one Baskaran, in respect of the same, enquiry has been conducted by the third respondent. During the enquiry, the third respondent has not harassed the petitioner. The fourth respondent/ Baskaran was summoned and he has stated that he has not caused any harassment to the petitioner. 3.He would also submit that the said Baskaran and the petitioner are own brothers and that the third respondent has not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
