ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint, dated 29.06.2015 which has been forwarded by the first respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that no complaint is pending before the second respondent.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent No.2 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

22.07.2015 along with a fresh complaint and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
