ORDER
This quash petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.81 of 2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other impartial competent investigation agency.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.82 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 28.08.2017 as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
