This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 03.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ father, mother and brother are involved in a criminal case. In view

of the same, the respondent Police went to the house of the petitioner for enquiry and the petitioner is not harassed.
