This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special Court of SC/ST (POA) Act, III Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai, to accpet the surrender of the Petitioners and to consider their bail application and to grant bail on the same day of surrender itself in connection with the Crime No.217 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the Petitioners are alleged to have attacked the Defacto complainant / 3rd Respondent with Iron rod. He was undergone treatment. There was a case and counter case between them. Accused No.2 is having 6 previous cases, including one N.D.P.S case.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4

disposed of. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the Special Court of SC/ST (POA) Act, III Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or from the date of uploading the copy of this order in the official web-site of this Court.

4.
