ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 praying this Court to direct the respondents to register the FIR on the basis of the complaints of the petitioner dated 30.06.2015 and take action against the culprits.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai District is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
