Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without any legally sustainable complainant. The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without any legally sustainable complainant.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted. The respondent shall not arrest the petitioners till then.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
