The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1392 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed, but not taken on file.
