2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 14.11.2017 to till date, without any deviation.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, once in a month, i.e., on every first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
