To call for the records on the file of the learned Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Full incharge) IV Additional District and Session Judge, Tirunelveli in C.A.No. 94 of 2017 judgment dated. 09.10.2020, confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the Learned District cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District in C.C.No.67 of 2008 by the Judgment dated 20.11.2017 and set-aside the Judgments of the Courts below and acquit the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAKUMAR.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.AASHA, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to exempt the surrender of the petitioner in pursuant to the judgment dated 09.10.2020 by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.
