This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.238 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

2.This Court, while allowing the petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15309 of 2021, by an order dated 08.12.2021, has quashed the charge sheet in C.C.No.238 of 2019 and stated that the benefit of this order will enure in favour of the non-petitioning accused also. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
