Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- "This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 19.09.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.11150 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.566 of 2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
