Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused in Crime No.152 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 353, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had difficulties for furnishing sureties and hence, they could not comply with the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and the extension application was also dismissed on 03.07.2015.
3.This Court has dismissed the similar applications holding that second application filed by the accused in the same Crime number is not maintainable.
