Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to direct the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in her property in Plot in 3C, Survey No.773/3 situated at Konjaiyankulam, Cumbam South, Cumbam, Theni District. ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in her property in Plot in 3C, Survey No.773/3 situated at Konjaiyankulam, Cumbam South, Cumbam, Theni District.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
