ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent Nursing College to return the original 10th ,12th Mark-statements and Transfer Certificate of the writ petitioner while he joined JAINEE (Nursing Course).

2. According to the learned counsel for the third respondent herein, the petitioner has received all his original certificates and the Transfer Certificate in the year 2014 itself and the same is recorded.

3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 27.07.2022 Index :
