ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-1 in Crime No.176 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested on 20.06.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 174(iii) of Cr.P.C. @ 304(B) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than 18 days and the accused Nos.2 and 3 were granted anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the marriage between the petitioner and the deceased was solemnised only on 04.09.2011 and within a period of three months, due to dowry harassment of this petitioner, she committed suicide by consuming poison. He would further submit that the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer would reveal that the deceased died due to dowry harassment and the investigation is at initial stage.

4. Considering the above said fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
