(MD)No. 16933/2017 dated 14.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16933 of 2017, dated 14.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation from 17.12.2017 till date. He further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation from 17.12.2017, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
