ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.2 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute on property matters in the guise of police enquiry and further direct the 1st respondent police to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against erred officers involved in civil dispute that arose between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
