ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 03.10.2018 for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(ii)(c), 29(1), 27A and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.96 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
