ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that no complaint was received by the second respondent from the third respondent.

3.Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner appeared before the second respondent police for more than twenty times and now that the second respondent police is contending that no complaint was received by them.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.829 of 2021 4.In any event, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to follow the guidelines issued in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610, if any complaint is lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
