2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is having new born child, the petitioner could not produce the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the said submission.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner is having new born child, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 30.01.2018.
