ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second and third respondents not to interfere the civil dispute in O.S.No.12 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur, Madurai District, on the instigation of the 4th to 7th respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the dispute is between the petitioners and the respondents 4 to 7, who are all close relatives. He would further submit that the respondents 2 and 3 have not interfered and harassed the petitioners.
