Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14332 of 2017, dated 04.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation for a period of 41 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that vide order dated 04.12.2017 made in Crl.O.P https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (MD)No.14332 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner
