RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the Conditional order passed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.3765 of 2019 dated 12.03.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioners to modify the conditional order imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3765 of 2019, dated 12.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the de-facto complainant is a practicing advocate in Kuzhithurai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court. But the advocates refused to appear on behalf of the

petitioners stating that the defacto complainant is a practicing advocate before the said Court. Hence, he prayed to modify the condition imposed by this Court.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on 12.03.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3765 of 2019 by this Court, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.
