The petitioner had applied online for grant of patta after sub-dividing, the property consequent to purchase by the petitioner of the lands which are situated at Survey No.1118/2 in Patta No.1322 at Cumbum, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2. The petitioner had purchased the lands by a registered sale deed, dated 18.12.2009 registered as Document No.5592 of 2009 registered in the Sub Registrar Office, Cumbum, Theni District. The respondent may issue necessary notices to the petitioner and also to the vendors, if required and pass necessary orders in accordance with the application made on or before 13.04.2023.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
