ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 6 not to grant any permission for conducting any functions or festivals in the Punitha Fathima Annai Aalayam, Church of North Kattur Village , Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichirappalli District, till the disposal of the proceedings before the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka. No. A1/4406/2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 7 to 11 and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, if any law and order issue arose, the petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint in the manner known to law. On receipt of the same, the jurisdictional police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 10.01.2025 Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No LS 3/4
