This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 praying this Court to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner's son dated 02.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's son, a case has been registered in Crime No.271 of 2015.
