RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court that petitoners/Accused No.3 shall report before the Gandhipuram Police station, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl O.P (MD) No. 20987 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022 in Crime No.439 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH.K., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20987 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20987 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Sunday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
