ORDER
The above writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent not to proceed further in the patta proceeding case initiated by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/307/2019 until the disposed of the suit O.S.No.127/2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai. 2.The records would show that a suit O.S.No.127 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai is pending to declare the plaintiff's title to the suit property and for consequential injunction. The said suit is still pending and it is informed by Mr.T.Amjadkhan, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent that the patta continues to remain in the name of the petitioner. 3.In the light of the fact that the issue of title is now pending before the civil Court, no further proceedings shall be proceeded with by the first respondent with reference to grant of patta. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. 2/4
However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
