This writ petition was filed forbearing the second and third respondents from in any manner interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and the complaint was given only as against the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents is recorded and this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
