Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate for R1 and petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This is an application seeking suspension of sentence imposed by the District Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, in S.C.No.395 of 2009, dated 18.10.2016.

2. No representation for the petitioner on two previous hearings and, therefore, the matter is posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that there are six previous cases registered against the petitioner,

out of which, he has been convicted in three cases.

4. In such view of the circumstances, this petition stands dismissed.
