PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents in erecting ELLUVALAI village name board at the petitioner's village situated at Pillayarvilai, Rajakkaangalam Post, Neendakarai B Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kannyakumari District without following due process of law. 1/4

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents from erecting the village name board as Elluvalai at the petitioner's Village which is situated at Pillayarvilai, Rajakkangalam Post, Neendakarai 'B' Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has received written instructions to the effect that there is no proposal for putting up village name board.
